Brief description
Cerebos Salt Tin, 14 lb weight, blue tin, hinged top, 155x155x260mm.
Cerebos Salt traces its roots back to 1892 when a chemist decided to mix calcium phosphate with salt to mend his daughter’s weak bones. He discovered that the combination gave the salt free-flowing properties, a first of its kind. The boy running after the chicken originates from the old folktale that if you poured salt on a chicken’s tail, it wouldn’t be able to fly away.
